We are seeking an experienced Payroll Software Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this crucial role, you will ensure our end users have the support they need to accomplish their organizational tasks efficiently. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

What will you be doing?
? Support and Troubleshoot: Field incoming help requests from end users via... phone and tickets, providing courteous and effective assistance.
? Problem-Solving: Determine functional specifications for software systems and programs, documenting, analyzing, and testing to resolve user issues.
? Prioritize Requests: Schedule and prioritize problems, escalating to the appropriate technician or department as needed.
? Documentation: Record, track, and document the entire problem-solving process, noting all decisions and actions taken until resolution.
? Diagnostics: Apply diagnostic utilities to analyze software functionalities for effective troubleshooting.
? Software Testing: Test new software products and releases to ensure issues are adequately resolved.
? Training Development: Create and document help files, tutorials, and release notes to enhance user experience.
? Training Delivery: Prepare and deliver training sessions?online, on-site, and off-site?to customers, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our products.

What are we looking for?
? Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Experience: Relevant experience in payroll or HCM software is preferred.
? Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, documents, and regulations.
? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and respond effectively to various audiences.
? Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and time management.
? Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to address practical problems and navigate various challenges.
