Key Responsibilities: ? Design and develop high-quality, brain-based continuing education courses for educators. ? Create lesson plans, templates, and supplementary materials for professional development programs. ? Manage curriculum development projects to ensure timely delivery of content. ? Collaborate with leadership to align course offerings with organizational goals and current educational trends. ? Review and provide feedback on course content created by colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. ? Provide support and guidance to educators enrolled in courses. ? Occasionally create educational content such as on-camera introductions, voiceovers, or other media to enhance learning materials. ? Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed to help achieve evolving organizational goals.

? Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in conveying ideas and instructions.

Qualifications: ? Master?s degree in education or a related field. ? 5+ years of classroom teaching experience. ? Experience in promoting culturally and linguistically responsive teaching practices. ? Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring or leading professional development for peers.
Education Requirements: ? Master?s degree in education or a related field is required.
Experience Requirements: ? A minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
? Salary range: (73,000 - )90,000, commensurate with experience.
