Job Description


As a part of the Delta Virtual Jobs team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Delta Airlines’ clients from the comfort of your home. This role involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with bookings, managing flight changes, and ensuring an excellent travel experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.


Requirements



  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

  • Customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.

Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

  • Provide information on travel policies, procedures, and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

  • Stay updated on Delta Airlines’ products, services, and promotions.

Educational Qualifications
