Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Toyota, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role covers a range of customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries, solving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

### Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.

2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products.

3. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).

4. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

6. Assist in training new employees and inform customers about new features and functionalities.

7. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or relevant position.

2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
