Job Description

As a Product Usability Testing Specialist at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of our products. Your primary focus will be to evaluate products and interfaces through usability testing, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to provide insights that will drive product improvements and innovations.

You will create test plans, recruit participants, and facilitate sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data. In addition to conducting tests, you will prepare detailed reports summarizing your findings and present them to stakeholders. Your insights will help inform design decisions and shape the future of our products. Requirements

– Bachelor? degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.

– Proven experience in usability testing and user research methodologies.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Proficiency in usability testing tools and software.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– A keen eye for detail and a user-centered mindset.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor? degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in usability testing or user experience design will be considered a plus.

Experience

While prior experience in usability testing is preferred, candidates with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in user experience will also be considered.
