Job Description

As an Amazon Delivery Representative, you will be the face of our company, delivering smiles and essential items to our customers. This role involves driving a company-provided vehicle, using a handheld device for navigation and package scanning, and delivering packages to both residential and commercial addresses. You will be part of a supportive team environment where safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Your typical day will start with a morning briefing at the delivery station, where you will receive your route and packages. You will then proceed to load your delivery vehicle and head out to deliver packages throughout the day. You will interact with customers, ensuring packages are delivered safely and in a timely manner. Our training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role, and you will be supported by a team of managers and peers who are dedicated to your success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Valid driver? license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Strong customer service orientation


• Ability to use a smartphone and handheld devices


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle


• Drive safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers


• Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information


• Follow all safety protocols and procedures


• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner


• Report any issues or delays to the management team


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
