**Requirements:**

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. High level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with industry-related software.
7. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
**Experience:**
– At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within operations, ideally in the entertainment, hospitality, or service industry.
