Your daily tasks will include handling inbound calls and messages, providing product recommendations, processing transactions, and after-sales service. You will be trained to understand the vast array of Disney products and services to effectively meet the diverse needs of our customers.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

5. High proficiency in using digital communication tools and technology.

6. Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

7. A passion for Disney products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service.

3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

4. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent

**Experience:**
