Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Proficient in basic computer operations and software applications
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with special needs and requests

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Experience:
