Job Description

Amazon Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Engagement Consultant to join our team in Washington State. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and engagement. As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Amazon.

Responsibilities

– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

– Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

– Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

– Stay updated on Amazon? products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

– Support customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
