Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive for an immediate start in Midland, TX. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 – $55,000 per year. The working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Description


As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exemplary service, resolving customer issues, and supporting various customer service initiatives. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer relationships and contribute to the company?s growth.


Responsibilities


– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.


– Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.


– Provide detailed and accurate information about products and services.
