Job Description


As a Customer Care Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
