Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved and their questions answered. You will also provide information on our products and services, making sure our customers are informed and satisfied. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

– Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.

– Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.

– Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.

– Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

Requirements:

– Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations.

– Comfortable using computers and mobile devices.

– Knowledge of Amazon’s products and services would be a plus.

– High school diploma; additional training in Customer Service will be a plus.

Experience:

While having prior customer service experience will be beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We value a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly more than previous job titles.
