Job Description


As a Customer Success Representative at Delta, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our airline. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Delta’s services to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company database.

  • Stay informed about Delta’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Educational Qualifications
