As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our hosts and guests, ensuring their experience with AirBNB is seamless and enjoyable.

Requirements
? Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Proficient in using computers and various software applications
? Reliable high-speed internet connection
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
? Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy
? Provide accurate information about reservations, policies, and services
? Assist hosts with listing management and guest communication
? Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
? Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service
? Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information

Educational Qualifications
