Job Description

As part of the Amazon Customer Service team, you will have the opportunity to work from home while providing top-notch service to our customers. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. ? Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. ? Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges. ? Maintain customer records by updating account information. ? Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.

Requirements: ? High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. ? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. ? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

? Must be at least 18 years old.
? Must pass a background check.
? No concurrent employment with other companies during Amazon working hours.

Education & Experience:
