Key Responsibilities
? Use your accounting expertise to assist with financial reviews and reporting.
? Prepare precise and comprehensive documentation related to Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs).
? Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
? Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is required.
? Strong writing skills to produce clear and accurate documentation.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
? Experience with Common Interest Realty Associations Accounting is a plus.
