You must:
? Be a self-starter who can manage their own time and tasks
? Be ruthlessly resourceful - you will need to solve a lot of problems
? Get excited about making OTHER people?s experience successful
? Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
? Be personable and service-oriented

You will:
? Handle all customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking students inside Zendesk and What's App
? Reply to tickets within 24 hours except on the weekends
? Update customer accounts in various platforms
? Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish)
? Work inside our payment processing system to help with refunds, subscription changes, etc
? Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand
? Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start)

? Independent Contractor
? $12-$14/hour (to begin - we?re happy to expand if your skills bring ROI)
? Works part-time, remotely, from anywhere in the world
? Must be able to use this tech stack [Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), ZenDesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, Google Suite]

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
