    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
  • Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing via phone and documentation
  • Ensure patients have all required medical documentation for billing services
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients? physicians and referral sources
  • Maintain a strong understanding of medical documentation and insurance requirements
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient computer literacy, including strong keyboarding skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service experience preferred
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and insurance processes
  • Ability to demonstrate strong phone and email etiquette
  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
