Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
? This position is for a cruise line you will be assisting customer with questions about an upcoming cruise and bookings vacations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize a variety of communication channels to engage with customers, including phone, email, and in-person.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers.
- Enter customer data into our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve... complex customer issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level customer support.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with new product releases and features to provide the best possible support to customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak other languages.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Knowledge of customer support software and tools.
- Experience with data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Familiarity with the principles of sales and customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
