Essential Functions

? Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone or SMS regarding reservations and Sun Country services and offerings.
? Identify customer needs with effective questions and provide suitable options.
? Resolve customer conflicts regarding service.
? Assist with flight irregularities and schedule changes.
? Deliver excellent customer service efficiently.
? Manage customer inquiries using multiple screens and resources.
? Inform your Supervisor and/or Manager of any issues promptly.
? Stay updated on policies, procedures, and changes.
? Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education and Experience:
? High school diploma or GED required.
? Customer service, call center, or related experience required.Previous multi-channel customer experience preferred (email, SMS, social media, telephony).
Skills and Abilities:
? Proficient with computers and technology; strong keyboard skills.
? Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
? High attention to detail.
? Strong organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Assessment:
? Must pass a written and grammar assessment.
Workspace:
? Verify high-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps uploads and downloads.
? Complete multi-factor authentication and connect to VPN for Sun Country systems.
? Maintain a quiet, professional home office environment.
Preferred Skills
? Travel industry experience preferred
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones photocopiers, filing cabinets.
