    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing various support requests across multiple domains
  • Utilize and contribute to the Knowledge Base to enhance support efficiency
  • Analyze data dashboards and publisher data to derive actionable insights
  • Manage product integrations and escalate issues to higher support tiers when necessary
  • Perform customer success outreach to improve publisher experience and satisfaction
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer service, specifically in a support specialist or service desk role
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background in Computer Science
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager
  • Proficient in basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising on either the supply or demand side
  • Additional knowledge of other programming languages
