To support our growth and maintain our high standards, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Airbnb Management Assistant to handle all aspects of our Airbnb bookings and property management. ? *Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Booking Management:**

  • Manage all Airbnb bookings, including responding to inquiries, confirming reservations, and handling cancellations.
  • Ensure all guest communications are timely, professional, and courteous.

2. **Property Listings:**

  • Update and optimize property listings to ensure maximum visibility and attractiveness.
  • Regularly review and adjust pricing based on market trends and occupancy rates.

3. **Cleaning & Maintenance Coordination:**

  • Hire and manage cleaning crews to ensure properties are cleaned and prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and address any urgent repair issues promptly.

4. **Guest Support:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Handle any guest issues or complaints efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.

5. **Property Management Software:**

  • Utilize property management software to streamline operations, manage bookings, and track financials.
  • Keep accurate records of income, expenses, and property performance.

  • **Experience:** Proven experience with Airbnb and property management software.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using various online tools and software for property management.
  • **Problem-Solving:** Ability to handle guest issues and property management challenges effectively.
  • **Customer Service:** A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • **Independent Worker:** Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
