Virtual customer service
We are looking for a dedicated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Support Agent. In this work-from-home opportunity, you will play a crucial role in planning and booking exceptional sports trips for leisure clients across various global destinations. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a knack for helping others with their travel plans, this position is perfect for you. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll guide clients through the research and booking process, ensuring they have memorable and well-organized experiences.

Handle inbound calls and assist with outbound campaign initiatives, including appointment setting and follow-up calls
Support sales agents by triaging inbound sales calls, ensuring proper call routing, capturing lead information in the CRM, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Follow all compliance guidelines, including proper use of scripts, authentication, PHI, and DNC business processes.
Deliver a sustained, personalized outreach approach to quickly develop rapport and trust with members through outbound campaigns.
Assist with scheduling and follow-up of appointments.
Demonstrate professionalism through clear, effective, and actionable communication (verbal, written, and listening skills).
Apply patience and empathy, adjusting your communication style to match that of the customer.
Maintain a high commitment to accuracy, quality work, and attention to detail.
Be a self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask and a drive to exceed individual and team goals
