What you will do:
? Provide exceptional one-on-one tax preparation services to clients.
? Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance.
? Conduct tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and deliver high-quality customer service.
? Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation.
? Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development.
? Preparers will receive ongoing mentorship and support to develop tax preparation skills and grow their book of business.
? Experienced preparers will leverage their knowledge to complete more complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax filings.

Entry-Level Qualifications: ? Passion for providing extraordinary customer service. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. ? Basic computer skills. ? Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Experienced Qualifications: ? 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns. ? Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting, and finance. ? Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is a plus.
