RMC Customer Service Representative

Actively participate in weekly safety meetings (Toolbox Talks)
Accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load trucks
Will closely work with dispatch and customer service regarding customer material delivery and plant inventories
Responsible for compliance with applicable environmental regulations
Daily inspections of the plant and complete maintenance and record keeping
Overtime requirements during peak season
Duties and tasks may be modified by the manager according to company needs
Call customers in advance of late deliveries or delays in service
Proactively reach out to customers on new secured projects
Previous experience preferred, but not required.
Management experience preferred, but not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Flexible, well organized, detail oriented and multi-tasked
Must be able to perform duties safely
Plant Automation- Command alkon knowledge is preferred but not required
Solid communication skills (both verbal and written)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Strong analytical skills
Basic math skills
Work well in group problem solving
Ability to meet deadlines
Identify problems, gather, and analyze information and make the appropriate recommendations
Drug screen and background check required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
