Pay: $23/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F. (8hr Shift between these hours)

Start Date: TBD

Benefits: WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, MEDICAL BENEFITS & ABILITY TO WORK FROM HOME

Job Details:
? Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members.
? Review and analyze reports.
? Identify and provide opportunities to associates to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to increase work performance.
? At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
? Assist team members on metrics and quality of work performed.
? Train and supervise new employees to promote overall team productivity and consistent service.

Requirements: ? MUST HAVE AT LEAST A YEAR OF BEING A TEAM LEAD IN CALL CENTER. ? Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home. ? Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. ? Great work attitude and willingness to help others. ? HS Diploma/Equivalent.
