Hiring for corporate, sales, marketing, and subcontractors, the individual will be driven to be the best that they can be and maintain a tenacious attitude in regard to their aspirations.

Status: M-F, Full-time

Compensation: $21.00 Hourly + Monthly Bonus

Responsibilities: ? Build relationships with hiring managers; to connect regarding hiring needs and recruiting strategies ? Manage relations between the HR Department and General Managers of branches ? Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about each role ? Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring priorities

Qualifications: ? Ability to set and achieve goals independently ? Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals ? Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person ? Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge
