Description: ? Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM serves more than 2,500 youth annually. ? We create lifelong learners equipped to fulfill their vision of success in and out of the classroom. ? The DREAM Student Recruitment team is looking for part-time support with generating new applications for our East Harlem, Mott Haven and Highbridge campuses. ? Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, support staff will execute weekly assignments as part of the recruitment strategy. ? Ideal team members will enjoy talking to new people and have a deep knowledge of DREAM schools. Requirements: ? Can effectively communicate with prospective families over the phone and serve as a positive ambassador for DREAM. ? Proficient in spoken Spanish, preferred. ? Ability to make calls primarily between the hours of 5-8pm. ? Some weekend availability to make calls, preferred. ? Customer service orientation. ? Effective time management and ability to prioritize. ? Ability to keep information organized in order to complete tasks in a timely manner. ? Ability to enter data accurately and in a timely manner. ? Ability to learn and accurately use databases. ? Familiarity with SchoolMint, preferred. ? A strong belief in the mission and values of DREAM, including the belief that all students can succeed, and a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of our students, families, and community.
