Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:Costco is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills...Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for remote clients, providing outstanding customer service and support
• Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
• Assist in the development of client service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and Costco products and services to better serve clients
• Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in client services, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Confidence and resourcefulness in dealing with clients
• Soft skills in cooperation and people management
