Compensation and Benefits
? Job Type: Seasonal (Full-Time)
? Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
? Wage: $14 per hour
? Camp Dates: June 2 to July 11
? Various locations (please ensure you can reliably commute to the camp location)

Responsibilities
? Lead Camps: Teach exciting, innovative concepts to campers in grades K-8, making each lesson enjoyable and engaging.
? Inspire Others: Serve as a role model for campers and instructors alike, fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the camp day.
? Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and train your fellow instructors to ensure smooth operations and a unified approach to delivering the program.
? Program Oversight: Manage daily camp activities, ensuring that curriculum is delivered effectively and that the camp environment is safe and welcoming.
? Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the camp and the school?s director, ensuring clear communication about expectations, needs, and daily updates.
? Attend required training sessions, both in-person and online, to prepare for the summer season.
? Proactively communicate with the headquarters team and school camp directors to coordinate all program logistics.
? Supervise the camp staff and assist with daily operations, including safety protocols, medical procedures, and inventory management.
? Help organize materials and equipment needed for the camp, and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
Qualifications
? Previous experience in teaching or education (1+ year preferred)
? Previous management or supervisory experience (1+ year preferred)
? Access to a reliable vehicle for the duration of the summer
? Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands
Education Requirements
? Strong commitment to teaching and working with children
Education Requirements Credential Category

Experience Requirements
? 1+ year of teaching or educational experience preferred
? 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred
