What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Work with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors to facilitate insurance processes
? Verify patients' insurance coverage accurately
? Perform benefit investigations to determine coverage options
? Assist with appeal management for claim denials
? Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills
? Exceptional communication and phone etiquette
? High-speed internet access and ability to work from home
? Must be available to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm
