Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7a - 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided
Start Date: November 2024
? **Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
Job Details:
? Processing patient's cases and creating benefit investigations within the system
? Calling outbound to Insurance companies to determine if the patient has coverage for the Pharmaceutical.
? Pay close attention to detail.
Job Requirements: At least 1 year of insurance verification experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) ? **Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX*** ? Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required. ? Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home. ? Ability to hardwire to internet router. ? Quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions. ? Availability for shift between Monday - Friday 7a - 8p CST ? Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. ? HS Diploma/Equivalent. ? Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky , Texas, or Utah to be considered.
