Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Reps. Join our team as a Medical Benefits Representative! We're seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to assist patients, inquiries, and basic medical benefits support. Position: Remote Medical Call Center Reps.

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned)

Equipment Provided and shipped directly.

Start Date: November 2024

MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX

Key Responsibilities: ? Perform outbound to the providers, insurance companies, patients regarding medical benefits. ? Provide accurate information on medical services and procedures. ? Verify patient information and insurance details. ? Maintain confidential patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines. ? Assist with follow-up communications and reminders.

Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) ? Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required). ? Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage but not required. ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ? Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. ? Adhere to all required KPI's. ? High Speed internet with modem access
