Job Overview
We are excited to invite a motivated HR Coordinator to join our innovative team in a hybrid capacity, allowing for both remote work and occasional on-site collaboration. Key Responsibilities
As An HR Coordinator, Your Primary Duties Will Include
? Managing employee relations and addressing concerns with thorough investigations as necessary.
? Staying current with legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
? Providing guidance on performance management, including coaching for leaders and supporting career development efforts.
? Collaborating with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, morale, and productivity.
? Offering interpretation and advice on HR policies.
? Developing and managing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
? Assisting with workforce planning, restructuring initiatives, and succession planning.
? Identifying training needs and recommending executive coaching to optimize team performance.
? Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing adjustments as needed.
? Maintaining the HRIS database and preparing regular and customized reports.
Required Skills
Qualified candidates will possess:
? Expertise in employee relations and HR policies.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
? Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including report writing and presentations.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have:
? A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
? At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
? Proven knowledge of employee relations, HRIS systems, HR policies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
? High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
