JOB TITLE: Educational Diagnostician

LOCATION: Multiple dynamic locations across Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Ft. Worth-Dallas, Houston, and their surrounding areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Educational Diagnostician at AIM, you will: ? Utilize diverse assessment instruments to identify students for Special Education Services. ? Organize assignments efficiently to meet due dates and mandated timelines. ? Provide invaluable consultation to parents and school personnel on students' educational needs. ? Craft comprehensive Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE) or Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) reports. ? Attend ARD Committee meetings, interpreting evaluation results with precision. ? Perform additional tasks and duties assigned by AIM leaders.

EXPERIENCE:
? Showcase your expertise with 3+ years of successful teaching in a public or private school setting.
? Demonstrate experience in administering and interpreting various psycho-educational evaluation instruments.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: ? Hold a Master's Degree in education or a related field from an accredited university. ? Possess a valid Texas teaching certification. ? Educational Diagnostician Certification by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). ? Successfully completed the Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES).

COMPETENCIES:
? Proficient in Test Kits, Diagnostic Software, and Report Writing.
? Strong Time Management & Punctuality skills.
? Embody Professional Email and Messaging Etiquette.
? Navigate Special Education Management Software (eSped/Frontline), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office with ease.
