Provide exceptional customer service to American Express card members by responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Utilize knowledge of American Express products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Identify and address customer needs, concerns, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Adhere to compliance and security regulations to protect confidential customer information.
Represent the American Express brand positively and uphold company values in all interactions with customers.
Support team members and collaborate to achieve department goals.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
