Requirements
?Respond to customer? queries about general product and order questions Back office tasks (editing orders, updating inventory, creating store credit, etc.)
?Provide support via phone, chat, email, and SMS
?At least a year in managing websites through WordPress
?Zendesk, Asana, Loom (for mini video tutorials), and WordPress
?Be friendly, kind, and patient Pleasant demeanor
