Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage diverse IT projects, ensuring successful delivery through meticulous planning and execution.
? Supervise and mentor a talented team of both technical and administrative staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
? Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules and budgets, to guide project milestones and deliverables.
? Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status.
? Oversee the design, installation, and adherence to network infrastructure standards to improve technological capabilities.
? Troubleshoot intricate technical issues and propose effective solutions to maintain system functionality.
? Assess network performance and identify opportunities for enhancements to optimize operations.

Required Skills
? Active Secret security clearance.
? Bachelor?s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
? PMP certification.
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within computer and network systems.
? Strong technical acumen in data management, analysis, and network technologies.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Proven problem-solving capabilities to navigate and rectify complex challenges.
? Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
? Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
? Experience with DoD projects is advantageous.
