What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Conduct advanced analysis utilizing large datasets to drive meaningful change on KPIs and objectives
? Execute SQL queries across multiple platforms to return relevant data and ensure data integrity
? Produce reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate analytical results
? Collaborate with leadership to design and implement data-driven solutions while identifying trends and outliers
? Maintain clear documentation on project requirements, goals, methodology, and output

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis
? Strong written communication skills for conveying insights and analysis results
? Ability to independently create and follow project plans
? Experience with reporting governance and BI tools
? Familiarity with operational systems and working with IT and business teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a data analyst role within the animal care or veterinary industry
? Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools
? Familiarity with financial reporting and KPI analysis
? Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data
? Previous experience in project planning and management
