Setpoint is looking for a Security Engineering Lead to join our team!

What You?ll Do
? Define and develop Setpoint?s security standards and playbook
? Analyze IT security policies, recommend new practices, and oversee program, including SSO, access controls, document storage and retention, etc.
? Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with Setpoint's business objectives
? Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
? Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
? Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risks and enhance the overall security posture
? Work closely with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business
? Communicate security policies, procedures, and best practices to all employees and stakeholders
? Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies
? Evaluate and implement new security technologies and solutions to enhance Setpoint's security capabilities

You Should Have
? 7+ years of security engineering and SecOps experience in a fast paced startup or fintech company
? Deep understanding of security principles, threat landscape, and security technologies
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
? Experience with setting up and maintaining security frameworks and standards such as SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
? Deep personal motivation to be at the forefront of technology security
