Job Requirements: ? Must have a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred ? Ability to quickly learn computer programs ? Organizational skills ? Experience with Microsoft Office ? Typing skills and 10-key proficiency ? Good verbal and written communication skills ? Detail oriented with ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data ? Good time management skills ? ability to maintain levels of productivity including backing-up other positions in the company ? Excellent problem-solving abilities ? Quickly and accurately input customer orders into a cloud based system ? Accept and learn from constructive criticism ? Multi-line phone skills
