Job Summary:
Microsoft is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Virtual Chat Assistants to join our remote support team. As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
? Understand and effectively communicate Microsoft?s products, services, and policies.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses.
? Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support team or department.
? Document and log all interactions and resolutions… accurately in the system.
? Continuously update knowledge of Microsoft products and services to provide informed assistance.
? Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
? Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes and enhancements.
? Assist with additional support tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
? Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
? Proficient in using chat platforms and customer support tools.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
? High attention to detail and accuracy.
? Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience with CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
? Multilingual abilities are a plus.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
? Familiarity with remote work tools and practices.
