We?re actively seeking a talented Sr Case Design Analyst to join our team supporting the FAN channel in Newport Beach, CA. This role will be hybrid. As a Sr Case Design Analyst you?ll play a key role in Pacific Life?s growth and long-term success by supporting the division’s sales goals through innovative solutions, technical expertise and exceptional customer service. Assigned level of position will be determined by incumbents background, skillset and work experience. How you will make an impact: Responsible for producing needs analyses, sales proposals and sales illustrations Provide consultative case design assistance by aligning requestor goals with the appropriate products, riders, and features Proactively call out and follow up on campaigns, webinars, and illustrations as appropriate Understand how… product features relate to the illustration software applications Provide illustration software walkthroughs as well as accurately explain the functions and features of the illustration software applications Participate and offer case design insights in team meetings Identify and communicate issues and opportunities that may affect the territory Keep other team members informed of current efforts Coordinates marketing seminars, maintains sales database; assists in producing and implementing marketing programs (e.g., promotional mailings, advertising campaigns, cross-selling efforts, etc.) Respond to field and internal requests for case design assistance and related information. Provide product information, share ideas and generate proposals. May assist in developing sensitivity analyses/illustrations to be used in key client presentations. Typical Qualifications: 8+ of experience preferred Experience in case design to include basic and advanced sales concepts strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a high volume fast paced team environment Excellent customer service skills Proficient in MS Office FINRA SIE and series 6 or 7 and 63 in addition to Resident State Insurance license required within 6 months of start date. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company?s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
