We are looking for a senior manager to join the International CMP (Customer Marketing & Product) team to lead strategic consultation and support for our international business units (China, Japan, Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America & Caribbean) in the functional areas of Equipment & Sustainable Packaging. The ideal candidate will have an insatiable curiosity and passion for international business and culture, a service-minded bias for action, and prior experience supporting strategic initiatives aimed at upleveling the partner and customer experiences.
As a manager, International CMP, product, you will?
Drive regional inputs and global alignment on key equipment & sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with key cross-functional and cross-regional experts to inform global sustainable packaging strategy and develop tools and best practices to support regional activations.
Manage and optimize global knowledge sharing channels, forums, and processes, enabling visibility and coordination among international business units.
Develop and evolve licensee standards and best practices for the development, launch, and optimization of Starbucks product and sustainability programs globally.
Provide consultation to international business units in the form of guidance, support, feedback, and advocacy in the domain areas of Equipment & Sustainability
We?d love to hear from people with:

Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer groups and leaders. Ability to navigate large stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze & present data and findings clearly, concisely to a spectrum of seniority levels and cross-functional partners.
5-7 years ?product management, brand management and/or marketing experience; consulting and client service skillset
