What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Drive analytics, governance, recommendations, and cost savings opportunities across various IT resources
– Assist in financial and business data analysis to drive better decision-making
– Review invoices, contracts, and optimize costs in collaboration with Procurement and IT
– Prepare and execute Quarterly Business Reviews for strategic vendors
– Oversee and manage capital expenditures spending initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 3+ years of experience in software asset management
– 3+ years experience in managing complex vendor engagements
– Strong executive communication skills
– Cross-functional collaboration skills
– Proficient in leading all facets of planning and providing informed business recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in developing IT Asset Management tools
– Proficient in conducting inventory analysis to optimize IT operations
