Inkling is looking for highly capable Revenue Operations Specialist to ensure that we capitalize on the benefits offered by our Salesforce CRM, Gainsight customer success platform, Sales & Marketing tech stack, and all the applications they integrate with. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you?l be instrumental in supporting our quickly growing marketing, customer success, and sales teams and building out the systems and processes that will drive Inkling to the next level. Every day will bring new challenges and require cross-functional collaboration to solve problems like owning and improving our overall tech stack, CRM system logic, reporting/data quality, and improving marketing, customer success and sales processes. Success will be measured by user adoption and overall internal and external customer satisfaction.
The Revenue Operations Specialist reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Revenue Operations. This person will work with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to develop and administer the company’s worldwide sales and renewals forecasts, administer the company’s CRM tool, and calculate variable sales compensation plans. In addition, they will track and manage the performance analysis and metrics of the sales, customer success, and marketing organization using dashboards and reporting tools.
Job Responsibilities:
?As a Company administrator, manage our instance of Salesforce, Gainsight, and marketing systems, ensuring optimal performance of these business systems, as well as any integrated applications and software that feed into or out of them.
?Create Salesforce reports and dashboards for business stakeholders and executive team members, including but not limited to weekly reporting packages, period performance, quarterly business reviews, and board meeting materials.
?Own the build of variable compensation plans and commission payouts within CaptivateIQ and work with Finance team to calculate
?Manage the sales forecast and renewals forecast calls agenda and reporting.
?Work collaboratively across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams as a servant-leader.
?Manage escalations as needed from key stakeholders and business users, and work collaboratively to foster marketing, customer success and sales enablement.
?Maintain rigorous documentation processes, as well as provide training and end-user support.
?Act as a resident subject matter expert on our RevOps Tech Stack, which includes: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight, Gong.io, MixMax, Hubspot, Salesforce, and CaptivateIQ
Candidate Qualifications:
?Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to help translate business cases into technical solutions.
?Ability to communicate technical topics in a clear and concise manner using written, visual and oral communications.
?Ability to execute: can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines.
?Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
?Shared passion on documentation – enabling others in technical knowledge and processes.
?Familiarity with sales and marketing cycles (from lead gen to close) is preferred, but not required.
?1 – 2 years of SFDC experience is preferred, but not required.
?Familiarity with the following Sales Tech Stack is preferred, but not required: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight, Gong.io, MixMax, Hubspot, Salesforce

?Learn about all the business applications that integrate with our CRM and marketing systems.
?Meet Inkblots through a series of 1:1s so you gain depth within our business processes and systems.
Within 3 months??Work towards becoming a CRM expert on existing workflows, process builders, integrations, change/case management approach.
?Build custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor efficiency across revenue operations.
?Own the execution of adhoc day to day CRM user escalations, feature requests, and other administrative requests.
?Participate in key Revenue Operations project initiatives with existing subject matter experts to learn and help drive successful change.
Within 6 months??Partner with key project management stakeholders to own and drive critical projects across our revenue operation.
?Maintain technical documentation across entire CRM and business processes.
?Work cross-functionally with our Customer, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to build rigor and strong communication around change management.
?Implement technical engagement metrics to ensure we are utilizing all tools to their full potential.
?Become a subject matter expert across our entire tech stack and be a point of contact for knowledge transfer.
?Make recommendations on reducing technical debt and setting up processes and systems to align with our overall business strategy.
?Start Trailhead SFDC path as outlined by manager to work towards earning SFDC badges and developing basic understanding of Salesforce functions and Revenue Operations
?Start studying for Gainsight NXT Associate Admin Certificate through Gainsight University
Within 12 months??Own the management and improvement of our entire revenue operations tech stack.
?Continuously improve our change management process to ensure communication up and down the organization is effective and optimized.
?Update system road maps that summarize upgrades and new feature additions that are needed to achieve business goals.
?Finish Trailhead SFDC path as outlined by manager to work towards earning SFDC badges and developing basic understanding of Salesforce functions and Revenue Operations
?Finish studying for Gainsight NXT Associate Admin Certificate through Gainsight University and sit for the exam

Compensation Information:
Targeted salary range for this role is $55,000 – $70,000 annually.
