We are seeking a skilled Remote Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team. As a Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through virtual chat platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all customers have a positive interaction with our brand.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Virtual Chat Assistant or similar role.

? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
