Overview:
? Position Type: Contract
? Work Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, with flexible hours. Full-time roles have more commonality with flexible schedules, and time zones may influence work hours. The availability of shifts includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
? Location: Remote (Excluding residents of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin)
Responsibilities:
? Engage in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery.
? Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats.
? Maintain commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency.
? Uphold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
? Preferred experience in customer service, but not mandatory.
? A quiet, dedicated workspace with a personal computer (excluding Chromebooks, netbooks, tablets, and all-in-one computers), a headset, and a reliable wired high-speed internet connection.
? Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills.
? Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in spelling and grammar.
? Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment.
? Minimum age requirement of 18 years old, holding at least a high school degree or equivalent.
? Must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside within the US.
? Access to a smartphone for system verification.
Technical Requirements:
? Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed with an Intel i5/i7 or AMD Phenom Ryzen (or equivalent) processor.
? At least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB.
? Internet speeds must meet or exceed 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload, with a maximum network latency of 120 ms.
? Operating on Windows 10 (64bit) with a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
? A direct ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem is required.
Compensation:
? The starting pay is the minimum wage in your state for any work under 40 hours per week, with full-time earning potential ranging between $40,000-$60,000 annually based on performance, hours, and customer satisfaction. This is an independent contractor role, including bonuses/incentives for outstanding performance.
