Who You Are
You have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
A natural people person, you excel in building relationships across diverse groups and levels of seniority.
You possess a keen eye for talent and a creative approach to sourcing candidates.
You’re well-versed in employment law and HR best practices.
An effective communicator, you can clearly convey our company’s vision and the value of joining our team.
You’re proactive, analytical, and always looking for ways to improve the recruitment process.
